I know some of you have had fairly decent
experiences with Celga but as someone who had the
unpleasant experience of dealing with Keigo, allow
me to state Celga is best avoided. Why? Well as it
has been stated numerous times on this forum,
Keigo is extremely unprofessional and he tends to
misintrepret emails by reading into the tone it
was written with. Simply put, if he finds your
email(s) offensive he will bite your head off,
even if your email was not accustory or demanding
whatsoever. He uses his own personal values in
place of professionalism. This often results in
misunderstandings on his part in relation to the
customer and what was written in their emails.
Lastly, I know there are many more people on the
forums who understand exactly what I am saying, we
just do not voice this repeatedly. So keep this
last caveat in mind, Celga the business is
structured fine, the problem is the owner Keigo,
who you tend more often than not having the
misfortune of dealing with. Whether you believe me
or not, is ultimately your choice, but do yourself
a favor and do much more research before you
invest your time and hopes into a DS run by a
tempermental and quarrelsome individual. |
