I deal a lot with Celga, and they have always
been pleasant, friendly, and helpful. There was
one snafu one time (bids not placed), but I lived
through it, and they were as sincerely upset and
apologetic as one could possibly expect.
Depending on what time of day (or night) I send
up my requests determines who sends me a
confirmation email, but the whole staff (and
Keigo) have been uniformly the nicest people to
deal with. |
