I've purchased from Nick many, many times and 
have had absolutely no problems.  ^_^;  I feel he 
is trustworthy.

I'd eat my socks if he did it.

I have heard stories of the occassional 
disgruntled cel collectors saying "If I can't 
have the cel, I will up it so they have to pay 
their max bid!", and by more than one person, 
mind.

I'm not saying this user did that at ALL.  It's 
only a possibility.  It could simply be a fluke 
bid.  Maybe they bid that figuring they would 
win?  No one knows except that person.  I'd 
rather give the user the benefit of the doubt in 
saying they more than likely felt they'd win at 
their bid of 29999yen.

As for wondering if AnimeChaos did it 
intentionally, it's very doubtful.  As I said, 
I'd eat my socks.
