Not to sound like I'm an expert or anything, but 
I suspect that alot of people are starting to 
pick up jobs again as the American economy 
slowly starts to turn around and pick up 
again. :-)

That, and there are plenty of cels that never 
went down...just weren't bought yet due to lack 
of funds.  ^_^
