No fine print, it says "FOR CELS ONLY" under 
their current sales section in 'fees'.

And no, even if a freebie cel was thrown in I 
think it only applies to what you buy.  If it 
was advertised as a cel/genga set I imagine it 
would apply then but I doubt they'd refund your 
money if you opened the box and found a cel 
thrown in for fun >_<

How are Chaos's fees?  What do they charge for 
shipping inside japan?  It really burns me when 
I buy something for 500 yen from Rinkya and even 
without the deputy fee (which they wave for 
items under 1000 yen) it ends up costing me over 
twenty dollars with bank fees and the flat rate 
ten dollar internal shipping!!!!!!!  Even when 
the item description says it will only be 300 
yen for shipping within Japan!!!!!
