I normally use Anime Chaos service for dougas
since Nick actually answers his e-mails and was
even curteous enough to go check on one of my
orders.  
But, I normally use him for auctions over 10,000
yen and I figured that since it was only about
$30, then the Rinkya cel sale applied. 
Unfortunately, it is very HARD to read the FINE print.

So, if a junk cel was thrown in (a very likely
possibility since cels from this series cost even
LESS than $5 and the guy just threw everything in
to get rid of them), would the discount apply then??
