Ah yes, Rinkya...  

Unfortunately it is mentioned on their site that 
the commission only applies to cels and not 
sketches, genga, etc...  

But yes, it is ironic that if you buy a cel and 
it comes with a douga, that the sale applies...  
Maybe if they had thrown in a junk cel with your 
order...

Who knows, maybe Rinkya is on a holy crusade to 
keep as many people as possible collecting 
cels.  We're a dying breed after all ^_^.

As much as Rinkya is automated, and along with 
the lack of tracking of where your item is, I 
would have thought they could lower their fees.  
Maybe they're just inefficient.  (Flat shipping 
fees=they're lazy?)  Or maybe they have too many 
workers to pay ($20 minimum commission fee?).  
Or on the positive side, maybe they donate a 
portion of all fees to feed the homeless people 
in America...  Who knows...  I haven't used them 
for a few years...
