Having the signature of the director of trigun 
would be very special, and if anything it would 
add value to a cel, IMO.

You know, generally speaking a signature is not a 
permanent thing, especially if on a non-painted 
area. A little rubbing alcohol would likely 
remove it, if that's what's really eating you
