Because there was one time that I was told an 
order was shipped. . . Then told over a month 
later (when I inquired again) that it would be 
shipped "tomorrow". How they were going to do 
that when it was shipped a month prior is 
something I thought I best not ask. ~_~

But I always choose EMS and I have never not 
gotten my cels. . . Sorry to hear about your 
difficulty!! ;_;  That has to be tough to swallow.
