I'm soooooo broke too!  :D  Yet I ordered from 
Mangaya's site today!  They gave a quick reply by 
email and off my IPMO went!  I have to admit it 
was a challenge to understand EVERYTHING on their 
site, but through email and the order process, 
I'm confident I will get what I (shouldn't have!) 
paid for.  (They have a somewhat vague 
differentiation between two addresses at which 
they accept payment).  As far as the 
auction/lottery stuff... I have no clue  :)
