I emailed them a scan of the damaged cel (as per
their request when i complained) on the 16 Nov &
have not received a reply yet. I have sent them
a reminder too.
When i was ordering they apologised for the delay
in replying as their email was down, but it was
only a few days. Yet now they are just ignoring
me. But if what you is anything to go by then
maybe I'll receive a reply yet. What really
sucks is that they can have time to update & send
out site update emails yet not reply to a big
ordering customer. *sigh...
Customer service obviously isn't anywhere on
their list. And to think they have a blacklist,
they should be in top position!
