I wish I hadn't been drinking soda when I read 
your post.  Half of it ended up in my nose!

I was feeling a trifle bad about my intolerant 
attitude, which I suspected was equally as bad as 
anti-anime ignorance (even though I hated the 
whole cabbage patch phenomenon the first time 
around).  But it all comes down to this:

Anime cel art collection = cool.

A room full of 50 Cabbage Patch Dolls when you're 
almost 25 = not.
