It is ILLEGAL to *dodge* customs taxes and illegal not to declare the full value of an
item. Whenever you ask a seller to do this you are endangering yourself as well as
the seller.
If you get charged hefty customs taxes, it is your responsibility to pay them, it is not
the seller's responsibility as they have nothing to do with the matter.
