Well, i knew a retard would answer my post and I 
was right. It is very ezy to say that you will 
pay the fees. You know whats wrong with u people? 
Your 40 years old and You still watch cartoons. 
GROW UP! Second of all! Like many NORMAL people, 
some of us dont have a high paying computer geek 
job! So if you have 100 "extra" dollars to spend, 
than i say go spend it on a phycyotrist (i know i 
didnt spell this right, but i dont have time to 
pull out a dictionary and look!). Did you not 
read what that person said? He had to already pay 
A LOT of money for the cels and now he has to pay 
extra 100. I feel really sorry for him and Im 
glad that this country doesnt charge that kind of 
taxes. And you, the person who doesnt care, 
should move to that country and buy all the 
fuc#ing cels in the world and you should pay all 
the extra taxes, cause it looks to me like you 
got too much time and money on your hands!
