Take a look at the following threads, which are 
the main reason that I and many others here have 
no sympathy for Shura.

And frankly, if someone is going to order an item 
from a foreign country, it is 100% their 
responsibility to find out if they will need to 
pay customs taxes when it gets to their country. 
Taro is nice enough to give customers the option 
of dodging customs taxes if the purchaser is 
willing to not claim insurance. Most stores won't 
give you that option.

Besides, it sounds like Shura won't be hurting. 
She is going to get out of it by abusing some 
kind of (*cough*undeserved*cough*) diplomatic 
privilage. But that doesn't surprise us. From the 
above threads, it's obvious we can't expect 
responsible behavior from her - like paying her 
own taxes.
