Celcollecting in Germany is not as easy as it is 
in the US or even in Japan... 
You always have to exchange money and ask the 
sellers if cash in registered letter would also be 
ok, because all other methods to send money to a 
different country is too expensive... For 
instance, our IPMO (Western Union) costs way too 
much. The price are ridiculus! It costs 25$ for 
only a 50$ transfer! 
So, you who are living in the US are pretty lucky: 
low IPMO fees, low shipping costs, fast 
delivery...
