As said in the title I live in Germany.

Anime/Manga aren't very well known here and cel-
collecting is a hobby even most of the German 
anime fans didn't know from.

I think there aren't more than 10 cel-collectors 
in Germany, with some of them I'm in contact, but 
after all, cel-collecting is surely one of the 
most seldom hobbies here in Germany.
