I used to post all sorts of odd hours because I 
worked 12hr shifts - 9pm to 9am (first in eastern 
US tz then central after being relocated to 
corporate campus).  I hated the long hours but I 
used to hit a lot of japanese sites updates right 
when they happened.  

Now I work days, but occassionally my body still 
seems to think I should be working nights so I 
have a very irratic sleep schedule.  Don't hit as 
many updates as used too, but not looking to get 
as much either.
