Good show! I think that in general guys collect
everything, but then we do have our share of
little girl fans. I too don't know what's up with
that except the "cuteness maximus principal". The
cuter the better, the younger the fresher kind of
approach, and all that (maybe?) I like
strong "supernatural" hero types in all of my
characters, male and female. Regular ol' cute
bimbo types, although I have some in my
collection of Misc. cels are really not a turn-on
for me "storyline wise" (visually yes, collecting
eh...sometimes with disregard for story or
anything else besides looks to be honest). BUT, I
really like the character designs of Gally of
Gunnm (Hair, esp. eyes), Armitage III, and Ghost
in a Shell or "Android girls"!! They tend to be
always tragic characters, strong, over come great
obstacles, and kick ass with the best of them. (I
don't like drama in anime but action and
suspense) and have those 24 hours non-stop (*just
for an oil-change*) beautiful sexy bods :),
Androids, because they are not quite human
(mostly not) tend to be more human than human
beings themselves in anime, and have more
understanding of the importance of life than
human beings do. These complicated story lines,
tragic but heroic heroines, that are part-
human,part machine, strong and beautiful
characters with some depth and understanding are
very interesting to me. But I also like strong
male types too like Saiyans from Dragonball Z-GT
especially Gojita, and Gojita 4 which are, again,
supernatural hero's. It comes from my childhood
days and my affection for comics, Superman,
Batman, Spiderman, etc. Only anime in Japan has
strong "super"beings that are of every gender and
are more complex. I don't really get into the
sexy, sexy thing, as a "serious" part of my
collection although, I know many that guys do.
