I could be wrong, but that's what I've always 
thought....Belldandy is s nice and nurturing, she 
seems more like a mother than anythign else. 
Hell, she does mother Keiichi...

But I could be totally wrong...it's that whole 
Oedipus complex that sticks in my mind.
