also, speaking of Paypal...if you read their 
clauses for protection against chargebacks you'll 
see as a seller you *must* have something on your 
packages showing proof of delivery - whether 
thats insurance or tracking. i put the tracking 
number on myself, for my protection. but i also 
insist on packages being sent insured, simply 
because i also don't want to give back money for 
something that wasn't damaged when i sent it
