Personally I would like to see everything 
itemized so you know exactly what your getting, 
and the buyer can pay what he wants. eg,
shipping $...
insurance $...
tracking $...
this i think removes any doubts on what the buyer 
and seller are getting. For me i'd get it all, 
even the smallest of Lain items I get would be a 
big loss to me. Take care :)
