Yeah, I can see this being an issue for some
people who don't realize that they are taking a
chance when shipping something uninsured.
Personally, I don't ask for insurance on cheap
items, but cheap is relative. ^^;
If I were you, I would make insurance part of the
bill but also write in your description that the
buyer can ask for the cel to be sent uninsured
but also state clearly that if the buyer chooses
this option, you (Drac) will not be responsible
for any reimbursements if the package is lost or
damaged. This way, the buyer can still save some
money while you make it known beforehand that by
doing so you will not compensate them if a
problem arises. If they complain, then point out
that they agreed to your conditions when they
_chose_ to not pay for insurance.
