I am not that familiat with paypal myself but i 
know that many japanese sellers on ebay take 
paypal.  I think that crediting your VISA card, 
at least here in the uk has been stopped.  Thus 
what u can do here is pay the funds into your 
bank account. I'm not sure what the situation is 
in Japan but just a thot if u haven't already 
looked into it.

I must admit i have never done anything except 
spend anything that goes into my own paypal 
acct.. lol.
