You say that you are 18 and in the 4th grade? 
Since I am heading into the educational field, 
I'll leave that one alone. But you should not be 
responsible for finding $200 on the street. I am 
slowly getting the idea that your values are not 
what everyone elses are up to. There is an old 
analogy for this situation, "If a man steals a 
loaf of bread to feed a hungry child, is it 
stealing." The answer is, yes. However, it is not 
the same as stealing $200 and buying a cel! And 
yes, you did steal it. Maybe you didn't pick the 
man's pocket, but you stole his money and you are 
a thief. Part of growing up is realizing when you 
have done something wrong, and you seem to 
realize that what you did was wrong. But, you 
need to go a step further and return this man's 
money. Even if he is rich, it doesn't mean you 
are entitled to rob him. You aren't Robin Hood 
for christ's sake! You didn't donate it to the 
poor, you bought a cel...a luxury. Noone on this 
board is ENTITLED to own a single cel. We work 
for them. We get them as gifts. We sometimes sell 
stuff for them. Either way, we don't steal for 
them. Just because you have no money does not 
make you special aside for mthe rest of us. you 
must still follow the same rules. I am broke 
right now, as I spent my last few hundred on 
bills and expenses. I did NOT spend it on a 
friggin cel! I don't even know why I am bothering 
with this, because you family has not instilled 
any morals in you when it comes to these 
situations. Why should I expect to shed any light 
on it for you?
