I am only telling it how I experianced it!

When I filed the claims, the post office did not 
let me keep the items.  True the postal code is the 
same all over the US, but they are supposed to keep 
the item as evidence.  I think that next time I go 
to the post office I will ask them to see their 
rules regarding what is to be kept and what isn't.

Also, when my sister's BMW was totaled (flood swept 
it away), the insurance company did keep it.
