WOW! I'll be in Washington State this week! It's 
perfect!

Thanks a lot for the information-so I got a few 
days, and I am taking the damaged cel with me to 
Washington June 28th-July 5th on my visit. No way 
am I going to have them destroy that cel! Are the 
UPS evil?! Well, if they do-yes, they are... If 
it can be repaired, that will be great. I'll give 
her a ring-thank you very much! If possible, have 
them take a look at the cel I got too and let me 
know.

So, I don't want a full refund, but a full claim 
might help. I am a bit confused though on that a 
bit-hmm, isn't a full claim and full refud almost 
the same? Meaning, the refund is the same or 
what? Ok, thought I knew the UPS insurance thing 
in detail-guess I don't.
