This is an idea given to me by someone here on
the Forum in one of the threads on packing cels.
I tried it and it is *stellar*!!! I will never
ship another way again! Here is the method:

1. Take some cardborad and a suitable sized
Priority mail box.

2. Cut the cardboard to the right size - sandwich
the cel inside and tape it up. (Use more than one
layer, if necessary.)

3. Take the Priority mail box and cut off the
flaps that do NOT have the adhesive strip on
them. (Yes, this means you are leaving the
adhesive strip on the box - hang on and see why.)

4. Leave the box flat, and start at one end -
pull the tape off the adhesive strip and fold
over the now sticky flap. This seals the end of
the box in a way that it is IMPOSSIBLE for the
contents to come in contact with the adhesive. ^_^

5. Slip the cel sandwich into the box, and seal
the open end in the same way that you sealed the
first. I use a little extra tape on the ends just
in case.

The bonus also to doing this is that the edges of
the box are tougher too since instead of being
two layers of cardboard, the folded over flap
creates a three inch wide edge that is *three*
layers of cardboard thick. Also, you can take the
cut off flaps and tape them down on the other two
sides of the box, making it even more difficult
to bend - all for the same weight as a box that
is just flattened! ^_^

If I haven't made myself clear, ask me and I'll
make a drawing to show people! ^_^

Many Sharp Smiles,
--Drac
