Sorry to hear about your problems.  Since the post
office frowns on cash being sent though mail you
might be out of luck (except leaving neg feedback
like someone said).

Personally, I have had to send cash to Hong Kong
a couple of times - but so far have been lucky
and received items I paid for (cel, doujinshi,
cute peacock fan)
