Sorry, but it sounds like you got totally 
swindled. The guy said to send cash only? I'm 
pretty sure Hong Kong would except postal money 
orders (It has been considered a large Asian 
financial center for many years, unless of course 
the Chinese government is changing it?)
  Sounds like the idiot is just giving you the 
run around, "oh, its a repo and I'll refund your 
money" yea, right! This guys problably taken a 
few people for a ride if he hit Mangaya too. I 
hate to say it, but it would be very hard for you 
to be able to do anything about it. I don't know 
how much you lost but just think how hard it 
would be to get back CASH if the person were in 
the U.S. and just lived down the street. I think 
the only thing you could do is toast his e-bay 
feedback, other than that????  Sorry....
