Hello all.

I'll try to make this relatively short. I won an
eBay auction in January. The money was sent to
the seller in Hong Kong as cash (he said he
couldn't accept postal money orders) via
registered mail. After much delays in sending out
my cel, he finally said it was sent in June. Of
course, it never got here. He says it was sent
back to Hong Kong, and although there has been
somewhat of a breakdown in communication, his
latest e-mail had said that he thinks it's a
reproduction cel and he will refund the bid price.
I haven't heard back from him and I still have no
refund or cel.

I do, however, have the receipt from the
registered mail sent, as well as copies of all his
e-mails and the results sent by e-mail from eBay.
Will this get me anywhere? Is there anything you
can even do in a situation like this? I'm
going to give him another week to answer my
e-mail, but that's it. Just wondering if any of
you have ever taken action in a fraud auction and
how you would go about it.

Ja!
~Anne

ps. Incidentally, I also found this seller's name
on the blacklist at Mangaya... :P
