I always feel bad for the true newbie.  I have 
helped a few people start on ebay, and it is hard 
when you have a rating of 0.  I have had people 
with zero bid on my cels and then win.  Most of 
the time they are true bidders, and need a little 
help on how to get a moneyorder, and the feedback 
process.  

But there is no way to know if the bidder is 
really true until the feedback is established.  I 
let them bid.  I have had bad bidders and good 
ones.  The good ones make me feel much better.  I 
have even been thanked for letting a 0 win. Those 
are the moments.
