I'm so curious why this occurs.  why does 
someone aggree to buy a cel and then stop 
returning emails after this agreement is 
made...? is it becuase they are stalling and 
hope to get the money...?

I dont see how someone who doesnt actually 
want the cel would agree to buy it in the first 
place.
