Exactly! That's what I was referring to- not
feedback, or trying to recoup your losses through
ebay, but if you *do* drop a not to safeharbor,
they will loook into it- I have seen sellers
suspended because people reported shady behavior.
I just sent safeharbor a letter- make sure you do,
too- it will, if nothing else, get a note put on
reiven's record that will add to any later
complaints, and help to get them disciplined in
some way. If you just sit back and do nothing,
you're just giving him a liscense to take
advantage again.
