Dear Misha-chan,

I knew Pay Fiend was EVIL!!!  I don't trust them
in dealing with fraud situations myself since they
have wronged me in the past >8(, and their
'customer service' people were basically talking
parrots!

I know the credit card company will do help you if
Pay Fiend doesn't >8(!  My parents just told me
that some lunatic stole their credit card number
and made over U.S.$10,000.00 in purchases and cash
withdrawals from their account >8(.  The credit
card company quickly helped them eliminate those
false charges on their card!  I don't think Pay
Fiend has that power -_- or incentive to help, but
that's just my view on Pay FIEND >8( whom I still
loathe!
