You are bound to be ABSOLUTELY right, because I 
just had the same shock as you- I was just at ebay 
looking at newly-listed cels, when I saw Reiven's 
Nest has an Optimus Primal from Beast Wars on that 
I BOUGHT, got tired of, sold, and mailed a day 
ago! It's the exact same cel, not one in the same 
sequence. I think we probably both need to inform 
"safeharbor" about this, it may get something 
done. I actually got the cel in my case, so 
they're auctioning thin air in that OP auction. 
They've also sold that Lum cel listed before.
