I've tried to be as reasonable as possible in 
explaining the situation (without being overly 
negative).  But I've seen notes on the forum 
describing problems with deputy services, so I 
wanted to hear people's thoughts on this.  I think 
that is a VERY FAIR request.

As you can tell, I ENJOY using your service (I've 
tried to place 6 or 7 orders in the last two 
weeks), but I need to know how reliable you will 
be before I consider placing any more orders.  
That's all.  Is there a problem with that???
