Hmm . . . well, I have dealed with Celga many 
times and they have always been nice and did well 
with everything I ordered.  I don't believe that 
they would have done something like that.  It's 
probably just a case of that another bidder asked 
for them first and they didn't have the time or 
forgot to inform you of this.  They do deal with 
alot of people, and they are doing a favor to 
everyone by staying open right now as it is.

On their pages they do mention that others 
bidders can take precedent if they asked for a 
bid first or if they have a longer standing 
history with the service.
