And that’s when the charges get filed in a small 
clams court.  Bidding on an E-bay auction is a 
legally binding contract and if a high bidder 
and/or seller back out you can take legal action 
agents them.  Also in most cases you would have 
to case in your town, and if the person who 
backed out does not show you automatically win 
the case be default.

Courts can and will put holds on a persons bank 
accounts.  Furthermore everyone knows that 
although e-bay may not jump at the opportunity to 
help out normal users they will be quite prompt 
for a court.

Just something to keep in mind.
