What I feel is, in collecting cels, just follow 
your heart. Collect what you like and what is 
reasonable in price to you. =)

The important thing is, don't go for a cel just 
because it's popular at the moment and everyone 
else seems to have it. In this way, it's harder 
for dealers to command ridiculously high prices 
for a "popular" cel.
