This is nearly always contradictory : When
criticism are not justified by arguments or are by
incomplete/misleading ones, they are flames.
When posting anonymously, in the best case you hid
some of the facts and in the worse case you
intentionaly mislead readers.
Let's take a message where someone says "this cel
is not a production one but a copy".
If the person posts under his own name, it's an
information. Other people can ask "why do you
claim that ? Do you have any proof ?". They can
check if the poster is serious or if he is in the
habit of throwing around un-backed claims. They
can check if the poster has good reasons and the
knowledge to make such a claim.
On the other hand, if the person post anonymously,
you can't verify his claims. Maybe the poster
doesn't know anything about the subject and just
throw around such claim. That's a flame.
