I'm using crosswinds right now, and they have no
ads, no pop-ups.  Then only thing is that they 
don't have ftp, so you have to do all your editing
and uploading through their page, and that's 
where all their ads are.  And sometimes they tend
to be slow and they do maintainence often 
(so you can't do anything to your page during 
those times).  But overall, I'm happy not to have
to look at annoying ads on my page.
