I don't see how that can be ripping someone off.  
If you don't want to spend the money for it, you 
don't have to buy it.  I do agree cel prices are 
outrageous, and if you worry about the prices I 
think cel collecting is'nt the hobby for you. 
Yes his prices are very high, but I think most of 
the prices he asks for are competitive with 
what they would go for on eBay *cringe*
He's doing what most people would do if they knew 
the value of their cels and wanted to get their 
money's worth.  I wish I knew who he's getting all 
these great cels from though..or I wish I could 
catch them before he does *l*
