I like to see "justice" in the cel world, even if 
I'm not a Dragonball fan. ^_^

Reselling annoys me, but it's the buyer's right. 
However selling a cel before you even get 
it. . . ? (*sigh*) I mean, it's one thing if you 
go in on a cel lot auction with a friend. . . 
Completely something else if you're publicly 
selling something you essentailly don't own yet. 
I mean, please. . . What if something so simple 
as *it getting lost in the mail* happened? C'mon.
