a) He sells cels with the logo of the person he bought it from still on it (i.e Anime-Taro) He doesn't even take the time to re-scan them. Probably is selling them before he got them. And he was banned for doing this... So when I upload dragon cels in today's upload he want be buying them !! - Stephen BTW : I have no problems with resale, but resale before you get the cel in your hands really pisses me off !!
