Sorry to disappoint you, but this is not a 
production cel. Like Kakyoin pointed out, the 
paint on production cels does not go all the way 
up to, or past, the holes at the top. Plus the 
colors are off, the jaw is wrong and the mouth is 
wrong.  It's a decent copy, but it is definately 
*not* production. It is a copy.  Just because you 
have a sketch doesn't make the cel real - people 
start out making fan cels with a pencil sketch 
too.  Look at the screen cap that Kakyoin 
provided and then look at your cel. There is not 
comparision.
