This definetly is a fan cel.But before 
accusations are made, it should be noted that 
xavier didn't explicity said this is a production 
cel- he said this is a nice cel of super sayian 
Gogeta.However, if he is to claim this is an 
original production cel that's another story.I 
checked the sequence myself and the cel doesn't 
match up.The fact that you didn't describe the 
cel properly, provided a very small scan and 
didn't list a price(people who realize this is a 
fancel might offer $100 while those who don't 
might offer $1500) is misleading.But you haven't 
done anything wrong YET.Man i sure hope you knew 
that this was a fan cel before you got it.
