I was curious to see if this was a fancel or not 
and after watching that sequence  4 or 5 times 
and pausing each frame I couldnt find a match, 
his mouth is never that straight and the top line 
of the two lines in his bangs is never longer 
than the bottom line. 
Very nice fan cel though.
