I really know dragonball. The jaw is off, the 
eyes looks wrong, and the mouth is in the wrong 
place. Since it is obvious you are meaning to 
sell this as an ACTUAL PRODUCTION cel, I suggest 
posting a larger picture. I personally do not 
think it is a real cel so I was warning anyone 
who might have thought it was, although it's not 
likely anyone did.
