i don't know much about db cels.  So i could be
wrong on this, but it's just an observation.

I had to sqint and look really close, but it
looks like the cel sequence number and douga
number are identical copies, (shape and size
wise, not A1 cel=A1 douga).  I've never seen a
sequence number on a cel to be the splitting
image of a douga sequence. . . anyone else see
what i'm seeing?
